TPCS-Direct Online Store Terms of Sale

a) Ordering Information

Packages may be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground, UPS 3 Day Select*, UPS 2nd Day*, or UPS Next Day*.
When you place your order, an estimated delivery date and shipping options/costs will be provided.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, insufficient delivery information, strikes, refusal of delivery, etc., delivery date is not guaranteed.
Drop-ship packages are shipped via UPS Ground* - UPS 3 Day Select*, UPS 2nd Day*, and UPS Next Day* are available for an additional fee. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 800-838-8727 for further details.

Orders to be delivered to PO Boxes will be sent via USPS Priority Mail.
If you select “Standard” shipping, we will ship your order by UPS GROUND*, or where necessary, by USPS*.
If you select “Express” shipping, we will ship by FedEx 2-day*.
We usually ship our Standard orders within 24 hours and Express orders within 12 hours if you place your order during our business hours, Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm Pacific Standard Time.

c) Bottle Breakage/Damage

Package(s) received in a damaged condition should be promptly reported to TPCS DIRECT.
Call Customer Service at 800-838-8727 as soon as you take notice in your broken or damaged bottles.
Save all damaged products, packaging material, and shipping boxes for 14 business days.

d) Return Information

A return merchandise authorization is required and must be visible on the outside of the shipping box or mailing label. Call Customer Service at 800-838-8727 within 30 days of the order date and provide the following details:
Product name
Invoice number
Reason for return
Date/Lot number
Your sole remedy for defective or damaged product is to return the unused portion of the product to TPCS DIRECT for replacement or a refund.

e) Cancellations

TPCS will only be able to accept any order cancellations upon 12 hours of processed transaction.

f) Electronic Communications

When you visit our TPCS-Direct online store or send e-mails to us, you are communication with us electronically.
You consent to receive communications from us electronically.
We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on our site.
You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

g) Your Account

Upon using our TPCS-Direct online store website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
If you are under 18, you may use this site only with involvement of a parent or guardian.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

This is why we want you to be informed about how we protect the privacy of visitors to our website.
We try to keep the information we collect from you as current as possible, and we take steps to maintain the security of your personal information and to prevent unauthorized access to it by those who do not have a legitimate need for it.
To that result, we periodically review our security measures. We will never post your e-mail address or other identifying information you have provided on our site without your consent.
We do not share or disseminate any information nor sell our lists. We are PCI compliant with credit card information as well.
