RETURNS

You may return most items purchased on our website within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Should the item have been sent to you in a result of our error (receiving damaged, defective, or incorrect items) we will cover all return shipping expenses.  Please call our distribution center at 1-800-838-8727 for a brief explanation of return to receive a refund authorization.

REFUNDS

We will process returns and refunds only for items purchased though TPCS-Direct Online Store with a 100% satisfaction refund in full with less shipping fee.

CANCELLATIONS

TPCS-Direct will only be able to accept any order cancellations upon 12 hours of processed transaction.

 DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Products purchased from TPCS-Direct online store will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). You have the opportunity at the time of checkout to choose the shipping method you prefer. All upgraded shipping will be carried via UPS unless the shipping address is a PO BOX. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. Orders to be delivered to PO Boxes will be sent via USPS Priority Mail.

 If you select “Standard” shipping, we will ship your order by UPS GROUND, or where necessary, by USPS. If you select “Express” shipping, will ship by UPS, FedEx 2-day. Extra fee will be applied.

We usually ship our Standard orders within 24 hours and Express orders within 12 hours if you place your order during our business hours, Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm Pacific time zone.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

When you visit our TPCS-Direct online store or send e-mails to us, you are communication with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
